Calculate your EMI
Enter the loan amount, the annual interest rate and the term in months, then press Calculate.
You get the monthly instalment (EMI), total interest and total amount paid.
The chart shows the outstanding balance falling and cumulative interest rising over the term.
Read the amortization schedule
Each row shows one month: the EMI, how much goes to principal, how much is interest, and the remaining balance.
Early payments are mostly interest; later ones are mostly principal.
Press Export schedule CSV to open the table in Excel or Google Sheets.
Check eligibility
Enter your net monthly income, existing monthly obligations and the maximum debt-to-income ratio your lender uses (40% is a common example).
The tool shows the largest new EMI that fits and the loan amount that EMI supports at your rate and term.
Lenders set their own rules, so treat the result as an estimate, not an offer.
Compare up to three loans
Fill in amount, rate, months and upfront fees for offers A, B and C, then press Compare.
Look at total cost, not just the monthly EMI: a longer term lowers the EMI but usually raises total interest.
