Omnia processes your documents on your device. We do not run servers that receive your files, and the app has no user accounts.
PDF viewing, editing, conversion (PDF to Word/Excel/PowerPoint/image/text, image to PDF and others), OCR, and chat-with-document all run locally on your phone. Files you open are read only with the permission you grant through the Android file picker. Files are not uploaded, shared or analysed by us. Temporary copies are kept in the app's private cache and can be deleted by clearing app data.
Some features need on-device models. When you choose to download one, the app connects to the model host only to download the model file; no document content is sent. After download the models run offline.
Omnia does not require sign-up and does not collect your name, email, or contacts.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Before ads load, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for consent where required by law (e.g. EEA, UK). Google may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and ad interaction/diagnostic data to serve, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud. You can change consent at any time from the app's Settings, and reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
If the app crashes, a report (error stack trace, app version, device model, Android version, memory) is saved on your device only. It is sent nowhere unless you choose Settings > Share, which hands the file to an app you pick.
Omnia is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Data stays on your device under Android's app sandbox. We hold no copies, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete; uninstalling the app removes its data.
Updates to this policy will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
