These terms govern your use of the PathGuard VPN – Free Proxy Android app provided by SmartPath Apps. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.
Acceptable use of the VPN
You must use the VPN only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to send spam, attack or scan networks, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or access content in violation of applicable law. Service availability, speed and server locations are not guaranteed, and we may suspend access to protect the service. Some countries restrict VPN use; you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.
Privacy

Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that results will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPath Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss arising from decisions you make based on the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app, or discontinue it, at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
